The next Call of Duty will feature branching storylines and all new multi-soldier gameplay.
Beloved talk show host Jimmy Fallon debuted brand new footage of the biggest sequel on the planet, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, on his show last night.
The footage showcased a new portion of the campaign which allowed the player to assume control of multiple soldiers on a single battlefield, new drone technology and other new gameplay concepts. Most notable however was the reveal that the next Call of Duty will feature a branching story with multiple endings in accordance with player performance. If our performance during the last game is anything to go by, humanity really is doomed.
Surprisingly it seems Treyarch really are breaking from tradition with 2012′s version of they yearly franchise, and they certainly deserve credit for that.
