Co-op mode being added over a month after release.
Free co-op downloadable content for Spec Ops: The Line will launch this August, publisher 2K has announced.
The content, launching a full month after the game’s launch, will consist of four missions feature objective-based multiplayer scenarios set with new environments and playable characters.
More interesting is that the co-op content will serve as a prequel to the game being set shortly before the events that occur in the game’s single player campaign.
Only an August release window has been set for the co-op content at this time.
Spec Ops: The Line launches this Friday on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Check out our review of the game here.
