Arcade fighter to be playable in HD and SD.JoJos Bizarre Adventure HD coming to XBLA and PSN in August

has announced it will be bringing arcade fighter JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure into high definition and slinging it onto consoles next month.

The original launched in Arcades in 1999 and was later updated and ported to the PSone and Dreamcast. The HD version is in development with Asura’s Wrath team .

Those who would prefer to play JoJo’s in its original form will be able to do so by swapping the new HD paint job for the original Arcade visuals.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure HD launching on Xbox Live Arcade (1600 MS points) and PlayStation Network (£15.99) on August 22nd.
