Codemasters showcase the new home of the US Grand Prix, Circuit of The Americas.
The first footage of F1 2012 has appeared online showcasing what it might be like to race at the inaugural US Grand Prix.
It’s hard to spot the new features, like allowing players to change brake bias while going around the track and the ubiquitous ugly new stepped front-wings, but it’s all there in the footage – you might just need to watch it a few times.
The first F1 2012 shots were released prior to E3, but on the show-floor visitors had a chance to sample this year’s version of the annualised racing franchise and the word is Codemaster’s racer is shaping up very well.
To give you a bit more of an impression of what it’s like to actually play F1 2012, we’ve also linked footage of chief game designer Stephen Hood touring around Formula One’s newest track.
Thanks to insidesimracing.tv for the footage.
