Square Enix reveals line-up for Cologne.
Final Fantasy, Tomb Raider, and Hitman are among some of the big hitting franchises that Square Enix is taking to Gamescom next month.
“Gamescom is the biggest European games show and it’s great to be there with such a strong and diverse lineup of interactive experiences,” said Square Enix CEO Phil Rogers.
“This year we have a mix of some of the industry’s most identifiable characters and a host of highly original content – it’s going to be a great show.”
Both the PC version of Final Fantasy 7 and rejuvenated MMO Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be at the show along with rebooted franchises Tomb Raider and Hitman: Absolution.
Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will feature with a world first exclusive gameplay presentation and signing sessions with producer/director Naoki Yoshida will take place Friday and Saturday.
Summer titles Sleeping Dogs and Quantum Conundrum will also make an appearance.
