New multiplayer challenge system introduced.
An upcoming downloadable add-on for Mass Effect 3 titled ‘Retaliation’ will introduce the Collector race as an enemy faction into the game’s multiplayer.
Players will be able to team up and face off against the Collectors as well as Cerberus’ dragoons and Geth drones.
Retaliation will also include maps, weapons, upgrades, and class kits as well as a new challenge system that will track, compare, and reward players progress in multiplayer.
Mass Effect 3: Retaliation will launch on Xbox 360, PC, and PS3 on October 9th. European PS3 fans will have to wait until October 10th.
