Valve has announced that Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will be released for PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and of course Steam on August 21st.
The next iteration of the immensely popular team-based shooter franchise is currently in closed beta and features new maps, characters, weapons, and game modes in addition to classic maps like de_dust and cs_inferno.
