PES to jump the gun on Fifa 13 by one week.
Konami has announced that it was launch PES 2013 on September 21st – one week before EA Sports unleashes FIFA 13 unto the masses.
Those pre-ordering PES 2013 will be able to get ther hands on a limited UEFA Champions League steelbook edition which includes a code to redeem the UEFA Champions League Match Balls.
A Manchester United-themed steelbook edition will also be available with the club featured on its cover.
With PES 2013 going head-to-head with FIFA 13, Konami seems to have chosen to bide its time on announcing a date in order to get the jump on EA Sports’s effort.
Last year GamerZines reported that PES 2012 was outsold by FIFA 12 25-to-one.
