PS3 owners get the jump on Close Quarters DLC.
EA and Dice have confirmed Battlefield 3 Premium and that the service will launch today.
The service had been rumoured for a reveal over the past week and will include the previously released ‘Back to Karkland’ and all the upcoming expansion packs with the last one titled ‘Endgame’ due to launch in March 2013 and will see bikes join in the battlefield.
Premium will run a $50 price tag.
Available from today, PS3 owners will be able to hop straight into the new Close Quarters content now getting the jump on both PC and Xbox 360 who will get the content a week later.
EA’s Peter Moore took to EA’s E3 stage confirming the game boasts over 15 million players worldwide who’ve contributed over 43 million flight hours and 1.6 trillion bullets fired in the game.
