New female assassin to take to the rooftops of New Orleans.
A tie-in to the upcoming Assassin’s Creed 3 game will be launched on PlayStation Vita, according to the latest issue of Game Informer.
Liberation will launch day in day with Assassin’s Creed 3 and will feature an all new female protagonist named Aveline, who will scour the rooftops of New Orleans in a late 1700′s setting.
The Assassin, said to be of French and Native Indian descent, will have no involvement with the series’s lead character Desmond and promises “true Assassin’s Creed gameplay”.
Multiplayer will play a part in Liberation stating that the game is “specifically stated to the Vita experience” and the front and rear touch inputs can be used to pick pocket.
Expect Ubisoft to blow the lid on this tonight when Ubisoft holds their E3 presser.
