Special and Collector’s Editions confirmed for UK launch.
Sony has announced that God of War: Ascension will launch next March on PlayStation 3.
The prequel tale to the God of War trilogy that spanned the PS2 and PS3, will be the first in the franchise to introduce multiplayer as well as a fully-fledged single-player campaign.
Both Special and Collector’s Editions of the game will be available at launch.
The Special Edition will come in a steel book game game, a digital game soundtrack, PS3 dynamic theme, avatar pack and multiplayer double XP bonus.
A collector’s edition will include all of the above on top of a 8-inch Kratos figurine and a Season-pass style token entitling buyers to all future GoW: Ascension DLC.
God of War: Ascension will be available in the UK on March 15th and most of mainland Europe on March 13th.
