Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Exclusive Interview
Paul wedgwood, aka Locki, talks exclusively to PCGZine about Enemey Territory: Quake Wars. Why has the game taken so long to come and what can we expect when we finally see it. How big are the maps going to be? What is MegaTexture and why should you care? How many people can play against each other? Ah, sweet reader, all the questions and more are answered inside. And, if you think you know it all, prove it in our interactive Quake Wars quiz. Click here to read the interview!

Lord of the Rings Online preview Lord of the Rings Online preview
How long have we waited for this day? To be a part of Tolkien's world? A real part of it. We've played Dungeons and Dragons. We've played MERP. We've played War of the Ring. We've read the books, even the silly ones full of verse. We've seen the films (and kinda liked them). So now a MMORPG based on the Middle Earth universe is nearly ready and at last we can interact with our fictional heroes and go on real quests with other people. Is this just for geeks (we're happy to named as such) or is this incarnation of Middle Earth going to reach as wide as the films and books? Our exclusive preview answers all these questions and many more as the developers themselves show us around the world. Click here to find out what we discovered now!

We now have a The Lord of the Rings Online Shadows of Angmar review available in issue 5 of PCGZine.

Maelstrom review Maelstrom review (Maelstrom, The Battle for Earth Begins )
RTS fans are in for a top spring, starting with this fun RTS. Maelstrom: Maelstrom The Battle for Earth Begins is not a game to take seriously, because it's fantastically over the top, but it's great to play and the gameplay is rock solid with enough innovations to make you feel you are playing something new. The single player game is onyl half the fun though and as our review says, the multi-player elements should make for some truly testing games. Click here to read more now!

STALKER preview S.T.A.L.K.E.R Preview
STALKER, or S.T.A.L.K.E.R to give its proper name, is not exactly a new game. Well, it is a new game, but you'd be forgiven if you thought you'd heard the name before - this game has been in development for 6 years and counting. Forever "about to be released", it's finally actually arriving, and for once it looks like it has been worth the wait. The authenticity of the area is amazing and the game offers fantastic gameplay, but you don't have to take our word for it, because you can enter our competition in this preview to win one of FIFTY BETA KEYS we have to give away! Click here to read it now!

Field Ops Preview Field Ops Preview
Genre merging, genre breaking? Field Ops brings RTS and FPS together and for the first time, it looks like the two might create something greater than the sum of the parts. What you do in RTS mode has a direct impact on your chances in the FPS mode and the ease of switching between modes really has to be applauded. Read our in-depth preview to see just how this game is shaping up. Click here to read it now!

Vanguard Preview Vanguard Preview
So, with World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade out and The Lord of The Rings (see Preview this issue) out soon, is this really the time to release another MMORPG? Sigil reckon so and they may have a point.Unashamedly hardcore in a world where MMORPG has gone soft, Vanguard has a depth that will have RPG fans jumping in the streets, except they won't be because they will be inside playing Vanguard. Our preview is bang up to date and shows what's great, and what still needs to be ironed out in the few remaining days with this intriguing new game. Click here to read it now!

Supreme Commander First Look Supreme Commander
Ouch! Yes, Supreme Commander really is that hot. Touted as RTS of the year in January, and that's in a year which is going to feature Command & Conquer 3, and already has the intriguing Maelstrom (see the review this issue). Why? Because the action comes think and fast, it's genuinely exciting to play and it has stunning graphics. We've got a First Look at the beast this issue. Click here to read it now!

Crysis First Look Crysis
Aliens in North Korea might seem like an intriguing storyline, but what's grabbing the gossip around the water coolers with this game is the fact that it's the first PC game created for Windows Vista. No, that doesn't mean it won't run on older PCs, what it means is that it will actually use the DirectX 10 instruction set, finally giving those high-end graphics cards a workout. Whether there's more to this than graphical delights remains to be seen, but we're keeping our eyes on it, and this issue sees our First Look. Click here to read it now!
