75 years after an apocalyptic collision between a dirty great comet and our humble planet, survivors fight to rebuild society, and fend off the threat of an evil regime.

What do we know?
Recently announced at QuakeCon, id Software's first all-new property in ten years throws you into a post-apocalyptic world where there's more to surviving than emptying a magazine into everything with a pulse. In the same vein as S.T.A.L.K.E.R's satisfying blend of traditional first-person shooter, survival horror, and RPG, Rage is turning your everyday FPS on it's head and trading the usual offering of dark claustrophobic corridors, for a sun-baked wilderness. You can also expect the inclusion of RPG-type storylines, free-roaming, and weapon crafting.
