Alone in the Dark Preview - PC

This month we've had a first look at Atari's Alone in the Dark, which is due out in time for Christmas. There's been very little news about this game for almost a year now, but we've got our hands on some screen shots of the game and, better still, some video footage to whet your appetite for what promises to be a very very dark adventure indeed. Read our Alone in the Dark preview now to find out more.

Alone in the Dark Preview - PC
Reprising your role as Carnby in a modern day New York, an Earth-splitting evil stalks you. And it’s very dark. Running and some mild crying may well be involved. What do we know?
Taking its cues from TV series’ such as 24, Lost and probably about 35 copycats in development, Alone In The Dark promises episodic gameplay in chunks of 30-40 minutes. Switching from first- to third-person views, you’ll blast your way past gruesome deamons in 20 such episodes, each linked with a teaser trailer and a catch-up clip to fill you in when you duck out of the action or return to the fray.
