Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts review for the PCIf you've played the original Company of Heroes, then you'll probably have been waiting impatiently for follow-up Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts ever since you finished the game. Opposing Fronts isn't really a sequel or continuation of the game, but it picks up the original gameplay and gives you the opportunity to play out WW2 battles from either the Allied or the German perspective. Nor is it an expansion pack - you can pick up and play Opposing Fronts without having played the original Company of Heroes, although you might find it more confusing than seasoned gamers. With a level of difficulty that makes the game harder than a Rottweiler who's just seen a particularly attractive bitch, Opposing Fronts has been aimed at the gamer who has at least experienced the original. During the course of the game, you'll get to take the reins of either the German Panzer Elite, or the British 2nd Army, through two very different campaigns. Playing for the Germans, you'll be trying to halt the allied advance in Operation Market Garden, but if you choose to play as the British, you'll be fighting to liberate Caen.
