Tribes: Ascend Dated

‘Worlds Fastest Shooter’ officially launches next month.

Today Hi-Rez Studios has confirmed that Tribes: Ascend will officially launch on April 12^th.

The fast-paced online shooter has been in open beta for the past month, accumulating over 400,000 players, and any progress earned during that time will carry over post-release.

Hi-Rez Studios, who also developed the fantastic shooter-MMO Global Agenda, are perfectly placed to revive the Tribes property and seeing as the release date has been confirmed so quickly after the open beta launched, it would be easy to surmise that the last stages of testing went swimmingly.

If you don’t want to wait until next month, you can start your Tribes: Ascend career right away by heading to the official website.
