Team Fortress 2 players have raised a sizable $430,543.65 for the Japanese disaster release fund, through the purchase of three limited edition hats and two noisemakers on the game’s store.
"Nice work, everyone!" wrote Valve on the Team Fortress 2 blog. "It’s been inspiring to watch gamers around the world come together for such a worthy cause."
It’s another positive outcome from the gaming community in its desire to help the Japanese relief.
