Bethesda’s PR boss Pete Hines has confirmed that a patch is being prepared for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on all platforms.
“We are continuing to work on an update for all platforms to address issues any bugs and perf [sic] issues we can,” he tweeted.
“We will fix as much as we can for your platform. I don’t know if it will fix ‘your’ bug. Takes a while to test/fix/regress. Hang in there,” he typed after he received a barrage of tweets from fans asking if there particularly problems are on the list to be fixed.
“Patches/updates take a little time. We can’t turn it around quite that fast. It’s been three days. Calm down. We’re working on it.”
Obviously us gamers are a rather impatient bunch, so asking for time from fans is a bit like showing a red rag to a hungry bull, but rest assured Bethesda are working as quick as they can. Skyrim is quite a big game after all…
If you’re having any problems with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim be sure to contact Bethesda’s technical support with a detailed description of your problem and if playing on PC, detailed system specifications.
