Day 1 Studios and Warner Bros. have today confirmed that FEAR 3 will be released for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 27th.
Originally the co-op enthused sequel was supposed to be released this month, but it was delayed in order to "deliver the best possible game" for fans.
The additional development time should allow Day 1 Studios to produce a more polished experience and give Fear fans the sequel they deserve after the disappointing second chapter.
FEAR 3 will involve a campaign which is tailored specifically for co-op, with ‘Point Man’ and Paxton Fettel taking the fight to evil super-bitch Alma, as well as a competitive multiplayer component.
