The Australian arm of GameStop, EB Games, revealed the release date of Deus Ex: Human Revolution overnight.
Square Enix teased the forthcoming announcement last week, but it appears a big announcement is not necessary, at least from the publisher anyway.
"OMG…BIG announcement! Deus Ex: Human Revolution is coming out 25/08," revealed the retailer’s Twitter feed linked on the right in addition to some exclusive screenshots.
What the August 25th Australia-only release date means for US and European readers remains to be seen, but we’d put our money on August 23rd and 26th for each territory respectively.
We’ll update this story if we receive any new communication from Square Enix regarding a release date.
Update: As if by magic MCV has confirmed with their retail sources that Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be released in the UK for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on August 26th.
