Latest CryEngine 3 video showcases new water effects, next gen graphicsCrytek has released a new trailer showcasing the advanced graphical capabilities of CryEngine 3.

Upgraded to 3.4, the latest version of the CryEngine 3 SDK upgrades support for Direct X 11, including options for advanced depth of field, character tessellation  and sub-surface scattering.

In layman’s terms, character’s faces look far more realistic and the water effects are un-chuffing-believable.
