In the latest issue of gamesTM, Rocksteady has confirmed that none of Bruce Wayne’s exceptional garage will be playable in the forthcoming sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum, Arkham City.
"There aren’t any playable vehicles in the game," said Rocksteady boss and joint founder, Sefton Hill.
"What we’ve really focused on is Batman himself. We see him as the ultimate vehicle."
The Dark Knight does have more gadgets than any vehicle we can think of, and enough third person action games have terrible driving sequences that this news is probably a good thing.
Batman: Arkham City is scheduled for release next year and gamers will get another peak at it during this year’s Video Game Awards premiering on December 11th.
