The loveable folks from The Escapist’s LoadingReadyRun have once again sacrificed themselves for a good cause and are in the process of playing well known industry turd Desert Bus for as long as people keep donating money to the charity Child’s Play.
To get across just how much of a travesty this game is, the aim is to drive from Arizona to Las Vegas in real time, without any scenery changes at the slower than slow pace of 45mph.
Currently the gang has been going for around ten hours and have earned over $15,700 for Child’s Play. An initiative founded by Penny Arcade’s Jerry Holkins and Mike Krahulik to buy games, movies, toys and anything else child patients’ want in hospitals around the world, to make their recuperation not quite so insufferable.
