Condemned 2 interview for PS3

For PS3 users who are discovering Condemned for the first time, could you tell us a little bit about what the first game was all about?
Frank Rooke, Lead Game Designer: The first game was about losing oneself in a world of incredibly brutal violence, where every dark corner and dim hallway offered some deranged killer eager to crush your skull. As Ethan Thomas, you entered this world on an assignment to investigate a serial killer known as SKX. What you uncovered turned out to a bit more then you imagine, and what you experienced had a profound effect on you that basically left you a shell of a your former self.

The storyline in Condemned was one of the scariest things - how does Condemned 2 pick up the plot from the first game?
Condemned 2 begins about a year later after the first game and we find Ethan Thomas on the outer fringes of society. He has nothing left to lose when he decides to take on the very element that has destroyed his life. In the first game, things happened to him but now anger and resentment drive him forward and it's a sorry (bloody) day for the unlucky soul that gets in his way.
