From the makers of excellent GameCube game Star Wars: Rogue Squadron II, a game where you get to ride a dragon, toasting enemy soldiers and engaging in mid-air scraps with other fire-breathers, what could possibly go wrong? Everything, as it turns out - Lair is an unholy mess that's become such an embarrassment for Sony, that it has sent out a 21-page ‘reviewer's guide' to presumably assist videogames journalists in figuring out exactly what the hell is going on. The only reasonable place to start is with the controls. For some reason, Sony has decided that the game should use the Sixaxis' motion-sensing capabilities for movement, with no option to revert to traditional analogue control.
