Lair preview for PlayStation 3

Fancy flying a dragon? You can this autumn in Lair, the new fantasy blockbuster coming to the PS3. Developer Factor 5 have left behind the X-wings and deep space of their Star Wars Rogue Squadron series, and replaced them with dragons and a fantasy cityscape. Darkness review for PlayStation 3

The Darkness is one of the hottest releases for PlayStation 3 so far - a first person shooter with a bit of a difference. While it starts as a fairly standard Mafia story, it quickly descends into a frenzy of demonic activity, as your character discovers he has inherited the titular Darkness, a demonic parasite that gives him a host of malevolent powers. Demons and Mafia dons mingle in the story - one moment you'll be wielding a shotgun and the next you'll be using your hellish powers. So how does The Darkness work as a first-person shooter?
