Criterion and Electronic Arts has finally lifted the lift off of the DLC plans for the acclaimed racer Need for Speed: Most Wanted and each pack is rather pricey.

The new content sorts down into three different packs which can be bought seperately for either 1200 Microsoft Points/£11.99 or 800 MSP/£7.99, or gamers can snap every piece of content up for 200 MSP/£19.99.

All of this content is available on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network today, whereas PC fans have to wait until March 5^th for these packs to appear via Origin.

More Need for Speed can never be a bad thing, but pricing all of this DLC together in the complete bundle for the mouth watering price of £19.99 is sure to upset some gamers. We suspect many will just got for the individual packs on their own, with Terminal Velocity expansion undoubtedly the most attractive of the three sets.

Most Wanted goes live action for TV.

A live action TV advert for Need for Speed Most Wanted has been released online.

The advert, which will be part of the Most Wanted promo campaign, was directed by Iron Man director Jon Favreau.

Get $6 off Most Wanted with PlayStation Plus.

Sony and EA have announced that Need for Speed: Most Wanted will get a PlayStation Plus price reduction starting tomorrow in the US.

Those with PlayStation Plus account will be able to purchase the game at launch for $53.99 instead of $59.99.

There’s no word as to whether this discount will extend to other regions.

Details of the first Need for Speed: Most Wanted review has been splurged online revealing that Edge, a magazine notorious for being somewhat harsh with its scores, has awarded the game with a 9/10.

Edge praised many of Most Wanted’s features including its handling, Autolog social features, and world map.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted will launch on November 2nd.

Criterion Games has revealed how it was worked PlayStation Move into Need for Speed Most Wanted.

In a post on the PlayStation Blog, community manager Jeremy Chubb reveals that the PlayStation Move Racing Wheel will be supported in Most Wanted.

“We love to play with new hardware, from Burnout Paradise‘s Mugshots (using the original PS Eye) to the full online multiplayer in Burnout 3: Takedown (in the very early days of PSN),” explains Chubb.

“So we thought we’d see what we could do with the PlayStation Move Racing Wheel.”

Chubb goes on to explain how the PS Move’s wand glows different colours depending on your in-game status.

“You can use it to control the car, obviously. When you’re happily ripping through town, it glows green, but attract the interest of the cops, and it flashes red and blue. Hide out in a CoolDown spot, and it’ll glow cool blue.”

Silverscreen film to star Breaking Bad actor as lead.

DreamWorks has announced its signed Aaron Paul for its forthcoming Need for Speed movie.

Paul, a two-time Emmy winner and co-star of the critically acclaimed US TV series Breaking Bad, will play the lead in the film written by George and John Gatins of Shes’s Out of My League and Coach Carter fame.

The actor is currently wrapping up the fifth and final series of Breaking Bad in which Paul plays Jesse Pinkman, a drug dealer turned Meth cooking apprentice.

It’s also a ludicrously good show. Seriously, watch it.

The Need for Speed move, which is to be directed by Act of Valor’s Scott Waugh, is due to hit US theaters on February 7th, 2014.
