Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning review
There are millions of gamers
worldwide who still religiously
buy each new blister pack of lead
figurines and paint them in their army's
livery for tabletop warfare. On top of
that, there's just enough similarity with
Warcraft to make the transition
between games seemless, and more
than enough difference to make it
tempting. So is it any good?
Maybe. It's certainly true that
Warhammer is big. I mean, take the
biggest thing you came across in
Warcraft and double it. It's that huge.

suggests otherwise, but there's a lot to
do on the way to get there.

different. Each has an ‘archetype'-like
tank or healer which dictates the core
play style, and a rough analogue on the
opposing side, but there's enough
that's unique about each one to make
it worthy of investigation. For example,
playing a healer whose regenerative
ability depends on being in the front
line of combat is a whole new
challenge to just standing back and
being a ranged medic.
