It's getting harder and harder to find a PuG for the daily heroic, and plans for 25-man raids are frequently having to be put on hold for lack of interest. Perhaps everyone's outside enjoying the sun? Unlikely, given the state of the Summer so far. Maybe they're watching the Olympics? Ah sorry, but the only games we're interested in are interactive, mate. Here's a more likely story: they're taking a bit of a break before Warhammer Online comes out, as a lot of folks are getting ready to lose themselves in that particular world of goblin throwing and orc-baiting. Maybe, just maybe, they've finally exhausted all the possibilities that Burning Crusade had to offer them. WoWed out at last, the army of nine million are downing tools and refusing to grind for any more shadow motes for little more than a tiny increase to their DPS. Blizzard had better not start shutting down servers just yet though, because when Wrath of the Lich King arrives – and launch is currently thought to be in three months – they'll be back. All of them. Click here to continue reading our Wrath of the Lich King preview now!
