Swapping Ice Block out of the talent tree and making it a purchasable spell leaves room for Icy Veins, giving my frost wizard extra chances at landing a critted frostbolt at will. For the main game, though, there's increasingly a golden question mark hanging over its head about the sense of continuing to grind now that the Wrath of the Lich King is looking quite close.
