There are huge numbers of mods, or add-ons, out there that customise World of Warcraft's interface in every way imaginable. You can find mods to suit every class and every occupation, be it raiding, battlegrounds, or professions; mods that do everything from redesigning the entire UI to adding a Leroy Jenkins battle cry macro. But there are also a few basic mods that no player should be without.

Simple and utterly indispensable. You know the toolip that compares the stats of an item of weaponry or armour in the auction house, or at a vendor, with those of the item you have equipped?
