Tabula Rasa preview

Tabula Rasa is nearly with us - this is huge news for all MMO fans to get excited about. Due out in November (it's currently in beta testing), this space-based MMO is the brainchild of Richard Garriott, aka Lord British, the man credited with inventing the MMO genre in the first place. Fury interview

World of Warcraft Patch 2.2 review

New content for World of Warcraft is always welcome, and the arrival of a new patch is big news in Azeroth. The latest one, Patch 2.2, is a little different from past patches however - there's no significant new content, but rather the patch's main focus is the introduction of free, integrated voice chat. It's got the potential to be controversial - while it could make working in a group easier, it could also shatter some of the mystery of the game. Obviously voice chat isn't new to many players, particularly guild members, but the introduction of it for free across the board is quite a development - how will it go down with the WoW faithful? Football Manager Live preview in MMOZine

Huxley Preview in MMOZine

Huxley has been a long time coming - we first got wind of it back in 2005 but all has gone very quiet on the development front since then. Until now that is - closed beta testing finally began in September this year. We are very excited by what we know of Huxley, which will bring first person shooter play to its online multiplayer world - there'll be a dynamic, evolving city, a variety of ways to co-operate with other players and capacity to play cross-platform in new and exciting ways.
