RuneScape’s Mad May on the way

Lots of ‘free’ XP for the masses.

Summer festivals are all the rage in MMO-ville, but none are quite like what Jagex are planning for ‘’s Mad May’ celebration.

Basically the event is all about rewarding players with everyone entitled to an extra spin on the Squeal of Fortune daily prize wheel, followed by a 5,000 Legacy Point boost and at the end of month all those that have subscribed throughout May will be gifted 250,000 XP on June 1st. That’s a lot of free XP, well free meaning you have to pay for it, but hey it’s a free-to-play MMO!

RuneScape is widely regarded to be the most popular browser-based MMO on the planet and with incentives like Mad May it’s no wonder the fantasy game is so popular with its army of players.
