Only days after the Twilight’s Hammer cultists attempted to infiltrate both Orgrimmar and Stormwind, the residents of Azeroth are now under attack from the wrath of the elements.
Guards are alerting citizens to the impending attacks, and allowing lower level players to evacuate before others come to the aid of their city and assist in repelling the invading elements.
The raging fire elementals have hit Orgrimmar hard, and many buildings are on fire.
After successfully defending the cities, players will have the chance to counter attack by entering portals, or via the LFG tool, and fighting four different mini-bosses from various dungeons.
The four bosses are Crown Princess Theradras in Maraudon, Grand Ambassador Flamelash in BRD, Gahz’rilla in Zul’Farrak and Prince Sarsarun in AQ20.
Each boss will only appear following the successful defence of a city following an elemental invasion, so make sure you can queue whenever possible to give yourself the best chance of picking up the epic gear each boss drops in preparation for the Cataclysm.
