At this weekend’s Eurogamer Expo, BioWare co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk have announced that Star Wars: The Old Republic will launch on Tuesday 20th December in North America and 22nd December in Europe.
The highly anticipated project will have a subscription fee of £8.99 a month, but there’s also the chance to get a three month subscription for £25.17 and a six month subscription for £46.17 – both of which are cheaper than paying monthly.
Each retail version of Star Wars: The Old Republic will include 30 days worth of game-time, but in these days of free-to-play MMOs some fans will view the subscription fee is a little steep.
Nevertheless the excitement regarding BioWare’s first MMO is reaching fever pitch levels and we’ll keep you updated on how the revolutionary project is progressing.
