In order to tempt new players to enter Middle-earth, Codemasters Online are offering every person who creates a new Lord of the Rings Online account 250 points to spend in the in-game store, for no extra cost.
The option is for European servers only and should ease new players in rather nicely.
European servers only introduced a free-to-play option before Christmas, but our recent experiences with the MMO from Turbine proved that the transition went very well with fair prices and a smoothly implemented store.
