Gala Group, best known for publishing free-to-play MMOs in Europe and North America, has announced that their free-to-play portal gPotato boasts over twenty million registered users worldwide.
The company are best known for bringing Allods Online, Canaan Online and Dragonica to the West, but over the past twelve months they’ve bought many more products to our domestic audience.
“Passing 20 million users is a fantastic milestone for the Gala Group and we’re hugely proud to have contributed to building a loyal user base for free-to-play titles, that continues to grow year-on-year,” revealed Nicolas Pajoy, COO of Gala Networks Europe.
“We’re also proud that our choice of free-to-play MMO titles has found a substantial audience in Europe – with AAA games like Allods Online, Dragonica and Terra Militaris all contributing to our success, we’re equally proud to be running the best range of Christmas events that we have ever had. We look forward to even more growth as we gear up to betas for Age of Wulin and SEVENCORE in 2012.”
Incidentally Gala Networks have also announced that each of their free-to-play endeavours will be hosting events to celebrate Christmas over the coming weeks.
Special activities for Dragonica, Flyff, Terra Militaris, Canaan Online, Allods Online and Castle of Heroes are just about to get into full swing and you can find out more about each of those in their respective glory by visiting the gPotato portal.
