Sega Rally review for Sony PSP
Sega Rally is a game that's rightfully earned a very warm and comforting place in our hearts. A s arcade racers go, there's none better. Neatly glossing over the rather disappointing sequels, we still remember the joy of shaving a fraction of a second off our best times or, in the Saturn version, just sneaking past the ghost car on the final corner of the final lap on our favourite course. To be frank, rally games just haven't been quite the same since.

Which is why we were slightly nervous when it came to this new version. Calling it simply Sega Rally (as opposed to Sega Rally 2.0 or Sega Rally Uber, for example) is the first clue, as this is a game that both pays a respectful homage to the original and (thankfully) still manages to use the power of the current consoles to full effect, too.
