Stranger missions are optional side-quests that can earn you fame and honor as well as bag you some extra cash. We’ll be adding to this guide regularly so be sure to check out the main Red Dead Redemption guide page for other Stranger Missions and tips.
This mission is called “Jenny’s Faith” and is unlocked when you complete the main mission “This is Armadillo, USA.”
Where to find it?
Follow the road eastward that takes you from Ridgewood Farm to Odd Fellow’s Rest (look out for the ? icon.) You’ll come across Jenny lying by the road in desperate need of help.
Task
Give her some medicine.
Tips
If you bring a bottle of medicine with you prior to taking on the Stranger Mission there’s no need to head into town to buy some more. When you’ve got medicine give it to her and receive 100 honour points and 50 fame points. This will make her better, but she’ll still want to stay out in the wilderness on her own. Just leave her to it, there’s no way you can persuade her otherwise – not even by hog-tieing her and carying her into town. Kill her though if you want and take your medicine back.
