Earning cash is going to make your life a hell of a lot easier in Red Dead Redemption. Not only can you purchase better weapons, more ammo and health replenising items, but you’ll also gain access to best horses and various outfits that often yield special abilities.
You can earn fast cash fairly quickly if you follow these tips.
- Head for the area of Tall Trees, but make sure you’re equipped well. In this area there are a lot of bears to kill and money to be earned trading in their furs and meat. It’s not easy, but the rewards are high because there are so many of them dotted around the area.
- Find a bird shooting challenge. It helps if you’ve got a fair bit of cash to begin with. Bet the maximum amount each time but keep losing deliberately each time you wager. When you only have enough money to make one more bet you want to now win. Use Dead Eye to make it easier. Once you’ve won, kill the man you were betting with and loot his body. You’ll gain the money you’ve just won twice over! If you do kill him, he does respawn somewhere else on the map. The hardest thing is finding him in the first place as his position appears to be random.
