It’s time for another thrilling end of level boss battle! Like most of the boss battles in LBP2, this monster needs to be attacked in three phases. Check out this guide to make short work of this pink-eyed attack robot.
This attack robot will do everything in his power to destroy your spaceship! His weak spots are the key to winning this battle.
The level plays out like a side-scrolling shooter, so you can move up and down and left and right. Once again you’ll be riding the Bee 2.0 and can shoot honey by tapping X. You can keep your finger held down on the fire button, but you can fire more honey by tapping away.
Phase 1
Watch out for the jaws of the ship opening. As soon as it opens it will let out a pink blast that will knock down your health if you get caught in the way. Wait until that blast has disappeared and then move straight in front of it so you can shoot away at its core. Also, look out for the small bubbles floating in the air. They will knock down your health. Each time you see the jaw opening, get out the way! You can get very close to the lazer that fires out his mouth and still hit the enemy. Try it from above.
Phase 2
The boss is back and stronger than ever. This time he has two lazer beams. Like last time, wait for the beams to disappear and then shoot away at the gunners on the top and bottom of the beast. You’ll see them protected by small pink bubbles. Target one at a time.
Phase 3
Now it’s time to take out the captain. Once again you need to avoid the lazer beams and the small bubbles. The captain is right in the centre of the ship. Move out the way to avoid the projectiles and blast away until
