It’s time to enter the Forbidden Forest in search of the Unicorn. Check out this guide which will give you some good tips on staying a live and making a safe passageway through the dangerous forest.
There’s only one way to go in this level, so instead of giving you a complicated walkthrough when you don’t need one, we’ve opted to give you tips which will make life easier and ensure you don’t get stuck.
During The Forbidden Forest level, you can switch between Hagrid, Hermoine, Ron and his dog. You don’t really need Ron for this section. Whenever you see paw marks dig, you’ll uncover plenty of studs but you’ll also need to dig in order to progress through the level. When you get to the water section, for example, head for the centre and dig to drain the water.
Look out for green vines. Whenever you see them switch to Hermoine and use her Lumos charm to burn them away. There’s a Student In Peril right at the beginning of the section trapped in vines who you should rescue. You’re also going to need Hagrid’s strength on one occasion to pull a heavy chain. Hagrid’s crossbow is powerful, but you’re better off sticking with Hermoine as much as possible and keeping her Wingardium Leviosa spell selected and looking out for the purple glowing objects. You’ll have to construct plenty objects in order to gain safe passage into the forest.
There are many giant bees in the forest so target the bee hives as a priority otherwise they’ll keep nipping at you. If you play as the dog you can bark to scare bees off and kill them.
