See all those shiny things around Hogwarts that you haven’t been able to interact with? Well, learn Reducto and then get blasting them. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get past the Reducto lesson quickly.
It’s time to learn Reducto with which you can destroy objects. Look out for the objects that sparkle and shine. You’ll see the first one on top of a student who is lying down right by the door. With the orange Reducto spell selected, target the object pinning him down and then shoot. That’s one of seven objects that you need to destroy. There are some more students trapped and lying down, including one at the foot of the stairs, so move around and set them free with Reducto. The only other spell you need to use in this section is Immobilus to knock down the two pixies hovering around the room. They’ll drop objects that you then need to smash with Reducto. There’s a wall behind the teachers desk which you need to blast through and there a cage on the right of that which you need to levitate and then blast. Easy.
After completing this you should earn the achievement “Teacher’s Pet” and you can now use the Reducto spell on any sparkling, shiny objects around Hogwarts.
