Deliver Xeno-Tissue Sample To Gould – Find A Way Onto The FDR Freeway
Head up the stairs, past where you see the grafitti “God Help Us.” Take an immediate right and double back on yourself.

Get out of this area by power kicking the railings to the South East, directly in front of the first stair case you climbed. Jump up and out to exit the underground and watch the cut-scene.

During this section keep a close eye on the map for red dots that represent enemies. They spread over the vicinity and you can quite easily find yourself with a back to one of them.
Option 1 is a good tactic. You can head over there in stealth mode, jump up onto the ledge, stealth kill the guard and then you have a great view over the area to pick off soldiers.
From the Ledge Grab position, you can also easily get to the Stealth location and head into the sewers.
When you come out of the subway, your objective is immediately ahead. You can, and will probably succeed, if you cloak yourself and run like crazy jumping up the broken road onto the next level. Alternatively, this is a good opportunity to kill the gunner in the vehicle and try mounting it and taking down other soldiers in the area. It’s quite easy to get overwhelmed here, because there are a lot of guards. Personally, we like the cloak and leg it option!
If you do decide to kill the gunner, try driving and ramming soldiers over, or using it to escape and head toward the objective point without risking it on foot.
We survived a long time in this vehicle and didn’t get killed. Watch out though, if it bursts into flames you need to get out quick.
Hop up the broken road.
Deliver Xeno-Tissue Sample To Gould – Head North Along the FDR
Press forward. By the first red truck there’s some ammo crates so make sure you resupply. Behind the red truck, you’ll face a barrage of enemies.
Keep pressing up the road. Isolate any guards that you see on their own. Use cloak mode and take them down. If you move up the centre of the road, watch out for soldiers on your left hand side tucked in by the wall. You’re better of sticking to the left hand side. When you hop up to the next road, the freeway splits into two halves. You’ll be attacked from the right hand side. You can use the concrete columns in the centre for cover. There’s also plenty of cars about. Keep an eye out for explosive barrels to make short work of the enemy.
Watch out for the guy on the turret to the right of this lorry. Stay back and pick him off before proceeding.
As you reach the end of the FDR, there’s quite a few enemies to contend with. Try cloaking and taking a couple out if you haven’t already been spotted. Alternatively, stay your distance. Target the red explosive barrels to take a few out and then only proceed when the coast is clear. There are enemies in front, to the left and to your right, so keep an eye on the map for activity.
Hop over the metal barrier just underneath these signs to exit the FDR.
Hold the prompt button to watch the Tectonic Shift and then jump down onto the road.
Use Nanovision during this section to target enemies in the smoke. Aim for the head!
Press forward until you’re prompted with Tactical Options.

As so often seems to be the case, Stealth is the best option. Head underground.
As you move through the sewers, head-shot the guard that you see above you in the opening – and then continue through the sewer. Before you jump out the sewer, cloak yourself. You will be spotted immediately otherwise. The objective is directly South East. You can run like crazy and avoid any fighting in this section to reach this section just outside the main gates.
There's only one guard here so pummel him.
Head through the gates, and get ready to jump in the vehicle. Watch out the soldier on a platform just behind the vehicle. Take him out first. Jump in the vehicle.
Exit The Compound
You control the primary and secondary fire of the vehicle with the bumpers on your control pad. Ram through the wall in front of you.
Continue North Along the FDR
As you head North through the tunnel there are road blocks to contend with and vehicles with mounted weapons. At the start, before things get too hectic. Put your foot on the accelerator to gain a Speeding Ticket. After that, move forward slowly and keep an eye for gun fire heading in your direction. Blast away, alternating between primary and secondary fire to make short work of any enemies.
Revel in the destruction!

Stay in the tank when the other armed vehicles arrive in front of you and use your primary and secondary weapons to take them out.

Head to 2 and resupply with the ammo crates and collect the C4. The easiest way through this section is tagging option 1 with your visor and then using the vehicle to blast through the enemies on the way to the objective point. If you do want to brave it by foot, take up a position by the corner of the wall next to the supply point.
Use a lazer sight to target enemies.
You can also draw enemies to your position by firing at them. They’ll know you’re there, so if you back off around the corner, some of them will come out of cover. Just watch the red dots on the map to see them move.
Before you move around the corner toward the objective marker, cloak and just breeze past this guy without being seen.
He’s on his own so it’s worth sneaking back up again behind him for a stealth kill. There’s a guy behind the door as soon as you open it. Kill him and continue down the corridor.
