Infiltrate Roosevelt Island: Head North Toward The Prism
In this mission stealth really pays off, so cloak yourself to avoid groups of guards. Swim to the steps of the Lighthouse. Cloak and stealth kill the CELL Operator. Head into the Lighthouse to the top, cloak and kill the next guard. From this high position, after the alert, you should be able to take out any operators heading toward the lighthouse, including the guard manning the gun on the APC.
Head North to the objective. Stay out of the centre of the road.
Cloak and head down the West side of the map for a safe passageway. Isolate guards standing on their own, but watch out for those in groups. Try and stealth kill and you may be spotted.

No need to fight here. Either the Stealth option, which gives you quick access to a window without being spotted, or Ledge Grab, where you can make a dash for it and jump through a second floor window are both solid tactics. It’s worth killing the guards at the front door before you move into the building, otherwise they may track you down later.
Through the main front door, download the email collectible from the table.
Up to the second floor, cloak and stealth kill the guard. As you navigate the building you need to make a few jumps and ledge grabs. Keep focused on the blue objective marker and you shouldn’t get lost.

Tactical Options

Snipe position places you high on a balcony, with a great view over the area. This is a good opportunity to grab a sniper rifle to if you don't already have one.
Stealth is the easy option. You just need to jump in the water and swim around to the sub-station. While getting in and out of the water, don’t forget to use cloak. Flank will also get you to the sub-station without any hassle. Once again, it’s worth cloaking so you can’t be seen.
Enter the powerhouse - the door is on the lower level, not up the steps - and then hop in the lift.
Check out the Watchtower in this area, you can run and jump to it from standing on top of the transformer. Pick up the New York collectible from the table.
Re-Route Power And Disable EMP Trap
Head through the storage rooms, cloak and kill the operator overlooking the area with the large boxes.
Keep on this level, walk around the stairwell and enter the office where you'll find an email to download.
Head downstairs now and follow the blue objective marker
Sprint and slide through the electricity, otherwise you will die. Activate the power switch.
Leave The Substation
You need to get out, but the lights have gone off. Use Nanovision and make your way hastily out of the building.
The operators react quite slowly when they see you, so use the opportunity to head-shot them as you exit. Use your Nanovision until you’ve exited the building safely.
Enter The Gatehouse
You’ve attracted an audience who are now aware of your position. Cloak before you leave the building and move around the back of the sub-station to avoid the re-inforcements that are coming your way.
Keep to the shadows, cloak frequently and head to the Gatehouse.
Enter the Gatehouse and you’ll get trapped.
Enter this room from the garage and pick up the collectible dog tag.
There’s also a grate here on the floor. Shoot off the locks and head into the sewers.
Eliminate Commander Lockhart
Head through the sewers and out the other side. As you approach the building, cloak. There’s an unfriendly welcome waiting, including an operator on a HMG and a gunner in the top floor window. Don’t waste your energy metre by running. Just slip past the guards stealthily and watch out for the searchlight. Head upstairs.
On this balcony, there's a mounted HMG you can use to kill some of the operators, or just head to the door on the right, activate your Armour mode and power kick it open
Follow the on-screen prompts to deal with Lockhart.
Download the email before leaving the room
Access Prism Facility And Find Hargreave
If you hang around and fight, it’s going to be a very tough battle. Cloak and run and you’ll get to the exit without any hassle. Stick to the shadows and use cover to charge up your energy metre if your cloak runs out.
