You need to be playing two player co-op for this to work and have to select hardcore mode and choose to be a medic. Find somewhere that is safe and kill your team-mate and then revive him repeatedly with the defibrilator. Each time you do so you get 80 points. You lose 15 points for a team kill but those 65 XP points will soon rack up.
