Welcome to the Batman: Arkham City walkthrough. In this guide, we’ll give you tips and strategies on how to beat the bad guys while pointing you in the right direction to find some of the game’s many hidden collectibles.
Head out the Courthouse after locating the source of the sniper shot and navigate the rooftops to head to the Church/Medical Centre. You can drop attack onto the enemies outside the church.
Enter the building and immediately punch Harlequinn. Now it’s time to learn how to use stealth. Drop a smoke pellet and use the batclaw to shoot up to the gargoyle statues above and hide. You can now take down the four armed thugs with stealth. Activate detective mode and swing between the statues until you’re prompted to glide down to the scaffolding. Glide to the scaffolding above the enemy and execute a silent takedown to rescue the first hostage.
Don’t hang around on the ground; shoot straight back up to the safety of the statue. Drop behind the two guys guarding the second hostage and execute a double takedown.
Now get behind the guard in the confessional box by dropping down from the statue. Take him out through the glass. You’ll smash it automatically. Talk to the medic and then talk to the guards by the blast door, and then head up the bell tower. Use the analog stick and tap the run button twice to smash out of the window at the top of the tower.
