Welcome to the boss battle guide for Batman: Arkham City. In this first fight, you take on Solomon Grundy as he uses electricity to heal himself and become more powerful.
Clayface may be huge and powerful, but he’s also really slow. He has good range to his attacks so watch out as he extends his fists. You can simply evade these by keeping on the move around the arena and rolling out of the way.
Equip your Freeze Blast and use quickfire to rapidly take down his health as you keep on the move. When Clayface is frozen move in close and deliver a hard-hitting blow with Ra’s al Ghul’s sword.
He’s not down yet. A wave of soldiers will now attack. Keep Clayface iced to the floor with shots from your Freeze Blast while delivering combos to take out the weaker enemies. Keep concentrating that blast on Clayface and he’ll die an icy death. Bat-tastic!
