Here’s a small tip to help you find those last few feathers, go into the DNA strand section in the pause menu. And in there you will find a section at the end of the strand where secret items and feathers are located. If you then go in to the feathers section it’ll tell you in which district your missing feathers are located. Also try and look for guard towers as feathers are often placed there, and they can also be helpful in scouting the local area using eagle vision.
