WarioWare 3DS to "add freshness without losing its personality"

Nintendo game designer Yoshio Sakamoto has said that he would like to see WarioWare make an appearance on new handheld, the Nintendo 3DS.
Sakamoto said that there's a balance when making a new WarioWare that takes full adventage of the hardware without loosing the attitude and personality of the series:
"With WarioWare you have to take full advantage of the new hardware, but it also has a pretty strong personality. I should think about that new WarioWare that probably would have to come for the Nintendo 3DS and try to add some freshness to the series without losing its personality."
Nintendo did not announce a new WarioWare as part of their E3 unveiling.
